The Accelerator for Systemic Risk Assessment (ASRA) will host "From Multidimensional Challenges to Multidimensional Possibilities: Facing Global Risks Together" on Saturday, 21 September. This invite-only, in-person event will bring together leaders from civil society, government, academia, the private sector, and philanthropic organizations to catalyze action that addresses systemic risk.
From climate change and pandemics to global conflicts and the unchecked proliferation of AI, critical and complex risks are escalating rapidly. All of these risks pose the threat of irreversible harm; responding to them is our biggest collective challenge and opportunity.
Featuring the launch and presentation of new reports, keynote speakers, and an expert panel, supported by audience Q&A, this event is an exciting and timely moment to convene diverse actors around this critical and shared topic; contributing to current dialogue about effective global cooperation that can deal with today’s challenges as well as new threats in the future. The event will focus on coordinated and collective action and the enabling environment required to address systemic risks.

The event is held as an independent precursor to the UN Summit of the Future (22 - 23 September) and ahead of Climate Week NYC (22 - 29 September).
